The Most Unique Human Anatomy

Does not this flower look like the biggest vagina you have ever seen?

Thé Vagina Effect

Probably the human anatomy that has more than one name in the Anglo/English speaking world. (ex: pussy, yoni, etc...)

The American comedian, Kathy Griffin, makes her 'vagina' a subject of her jokes when she presents on television. She recently compared her vocal chords medical photos as 'Yes, I know my vocal chords look like a mini vagina' Deal with it!

Arguably it has become openly discussed in the news between religious groups and the LGBTQ for what defines a 'man' and a 'woman' in the human species.

In the study of female sexual arousal, many sexologists describe the vagina as a work of art in the process of female arousal and how it connects to every component of the vagina.

It is a symbol of fertility.

It's Wedding Season: Why am I still single?

Officiating at Wedding and Single:

It was 2018 or 2019, I was standing in front of my brother and his future wife and in front of family and guests directing and officiating the short 45 minute ceremony. After countless days rehearsing my speech, I gave a brilliant service and, by local civil standards, I officially anointed my brother and his partner 'husband' and 'wife.'

It all seemed perfect, but found it strange when I had to give a speech of support and best wishes coming from a guy that was single, nearly married, and with lack of relationship experience. Yes, there was a bit moment of hesitation when I had to wish my brother and his wife best wishes and what they needed to do to support each other in their marriage. To be honest, I told publicly in front of family and friends that I have no relationship experience and that my speech was going to be cut down to a few words. It ended up being the strangest moment of the whole wedding event beyond officiating in front of 50-60 guests!

Influenced by old tradition

I believe what made me feel strange about being single at a family wedding was that the only other two single people were my younger male cousins. What fueled this concern? I would have to admit it was influenced by my old-fashion parents who still have this expectation of a sequential life to mirror what they went through in their life. I still remember there was at least a few times I was mentioned by my parents that 'oh, its your turn now!' or 'better wake up and start looking for your partner!'

I responded in a jokingly way not really letting it affect me, but rather enjoy the party and being with my brother and the rest of my relatives.

Finding my Inner Peace

I have to admit I did grow up in that old mentality of staging my life events such as job at age 23, married at age 26, father at age 27, and successful career during my 30's. However, this did not pan out as I planned!

My career took a wild rollercoaster ride, worked in different part time jobs to pay the rent, and had some loan debt along the way to just get me through university. Perfect life, right!?

With all these distractions, how on earth can I worry about finding a lovely partner and settle down and there were many uncertainties in my future?

I broke from tradition, made decisions my parents never agreed, and had arguments with my parents about what my future looked like. Then, I took a leap and it was a travel leap to get out of my comfort soon and step back from all the uncertainties. Through a travel expedition of 4 years, meeting new people, yoga sessions, reading, enjoy simplicities of life, and dedicating to appreciating as well as loving myself I came to find my inner peace.

This inner peace helped me avoid feeling uncomfortable about being single during every wedding. I was not worrying about frantically going on dates, subscribing to dating websites,  and finding a loving partner to begin a married life together. Honestly, I do want to find a loving partner and share my life with her, but I would prefer nature take its course rather than force anything that I will regret for the rest of my life. I also keep a community of friends that I can talk to and share fantastic moments in life while I seek a loving partner that I can understand and likewise her understanding me.

So, today, it does not bother me to say I will be entering a new decade soon and still single during wedding season, but I can finally say I found my inner peace and appreciate who I am.

STARTS WITH SPARK OF ENERGY

 SEXUAL ENERGY

Many of us under estimate that there is a certain type of cosmic energy that starts the process of arousal or self pleasure. Scientifically, it has been measured through changes of respiration and blood pressure, accompany arousal.

This sexual or erotic energy is a feeling that should be treated with attention and practiced in order to get your arousal mood and glands going. Unfortunately, this energy is typically underestimated. This type of energy causes the spark of attraction and flow of arousal moments. It's the clashing waves of orgasm and wild bliss of divine union.

This sexual or erotic energy is usually known to us as passion, lust or chemistry. You can also learn to amplify this energy and become used to transmitting or exchanging it through precise physical touch. Learning to respect and honour this energy is the key to an incredible sexual experience. The energy cannot be controlled, but you can learn to open yourself and ride the tide of its power. The arousal power that is. Remember, the use of different tools to get to this sexual energy such as breathe, massage, sound, and pelvic movements all matters. Treat it wisely!

GATEKEEPER AND GUARD OF YOUR GATES OF PLEASURE

YOU ARE THE PROTECTOR OF YOUR VAGINA

Ladies it is okay to not accept penetration if you are not feeling it! The key to your arousal is to be in tune to your readiness and response.

It does not matter if your male partner is ready, if you are not ready or not feeling it then, do not accept any penetration.

Always pay attention to your own arousal and readiness...!

Of course, even if you are in the middle of intercourse and you are not feeling comfortable or excited, then, it is time to end it. Why force it, if you know there is nothing wonderful that may or will happen.

You can make yourself a rule when to 'jump of ship!' If your arousal level is just dropping or not reaching that excitement level, time to stop. Your vagina will definitely thank you!:)

You can find other sexy ways to play such as oral or a tantric massage to prepare your complete self to get into that lovely arousal stage.

UNBREAKABLE LOVE

The bridge of 'Love Locks'

In Paris, France, one can imagine to be the ideal place to fall in love or celebrate love between a partner by walking alone the promenades or bridges of Paris. A fairy tale love story that many couples would dream to live it. This fairy tale of love becomes even more interesting when the idea of locking their love on a bridge in the most romantic city in the world will symbolise the success of a couple's love through eternity.

'Love Locks bridge' - Pont des Arts bridge

The Pont des Arts is a pedestrian bridge that crosses River Seine, in Paris. It is nestled between the Louvre Palace and the Institut de France, and is 155 meters long and 10 meters wide. It is considered to be one of the most romantic bridges in the world.

Originally the design of the bridge was to be a social atmosphere for pedestrians crossing the bridge to mingle and interact. The bridge engineers designed for that the bridge to be a suspended garden. The bridge would include banks of flowers, benches, and even trees.

It sustained damage from bombardments from World War I and World War II as well as boat collisions. Since 1975, the Pont des Arts has been listed as a national historic monument.
The current Pont des Arts was built between 1981 and 1984. The bridge was preserved from its original style and has been named a UNESCO Parisian landmark.

Redesigned and rebuilt bridge of Love

The current bridge was rebuilt and inaugurated in 1984.
The Pont des Arts has been for photographers and artists to create their artwork. It had has become popular spot for picnics.

'Love Locks - becomes a Love Tradition'

The idea of a 'love lock' first appeared in the poem named “Prayer for Love” by Serbian poetess Desanka Maksimovic. The poem describes a tragic love story that took place shortly before the First World War. The poem describes the story of a young couple in love that secretly met every night at Ljubavi bridge in the Serbian ciy called Vrnjačka Banja. The young soldier travelled to Greece and meets another woman that ends up being the love of his life. His first love finds out about his infidelity and she dies of heartbreak.

The local people use the belief in superstition in order to protect the fate of their love with their partners. In other words, local women started hanging love locks to the bridge where the woman died, eventually considered the Bridge of Love, for the purpose of safeguarding their love with their partners.

'Modern Love Lock popularity'

The popularity of this 'Love Lock' trend took off after the release of the Italian movie - “Ho Voglia di Te” (I Want You) in 2007. It was inspired by the novel, from Italian author Federico Moccia, which was published a year before. There was one scene in the movie where the protagonists lock their love by attaching a padlock to a lamp post at the Ponte Milvo in Rome and throwing the key into the Tiber river.

In 2008, the first padlocks of love appeared in Paris. Since, the Pont des Arts pedestrian bridge had a romantic location it was dubbed the 'Love Lock' bridge in Paris.
Soon it became a tradition for couples to visit the 'Love Lock' bridge and to symbolize their eternal love by writing their names and a date on a padlock, attaching it to the 'Love Lock' bridge steel frame and then, throwing the key into the Seine river.

It became a much-loved tradition and that soon spread around the world. Many lovers continued to arrive at the bridge prepared with an engraved padlock of their names and attaching them to the bridge. They would then throw the key into the river as a sign of their unbreakable devotion to each other.

The Unbreakable Love Lock Comes to an End

In 2014, the 'Love Lock' bridge in Paris started to come to end because of the damage weight of the pad locks on the bridge. It was estimated there were over 700,000 locks in total, which came to a total added weight of 45 tonnes or the equivalent of 20 elephants. The grilles of the Pont des Arts - 'Love Lock' bridge were not strong enough to carry hundreds of kilos in padlocks.

On June 1, 2015, the grilles were removed and eventually replaced with glass panels to prevent history from repeating itself in order to preserve the Pont des Arts.

Unfortunately, other bridges that had this 'Love Lock' craze succumbed to the same fate by removing the grilles and adding glass panels on bridges such as: The Pont de l’Archevêché at the southern tip of the Île de la Cité and the Passerelle Léopold-Sédar-Senghor that connects the Orsay Museum to the Tuileries Garden.

Unfortunately, love has it adventures even if its unbreakable!

#PRAGNA - HONOUR YOURSELF!

"Pragna means in sanskrit understanding wise and kind person'

It is no surprise. We live with stress and tension. How do we reward ourselves? Is it just having money? Is it just going on holiday? Is it just buying a new vehicule or going shopping?

One thing we overlook is that our bodies need that extra recharge of energy. Massage therapy helps us find key moments for our bodies to get that special recharge. It is more than a recharge!

Through massage therapy you learn something unique about yourself!

You learn to love yourself better!

You learn to be comfortable with yourself! (body, mind and spirit)

Understanding yourself!

Be kind to yourself!

You loose fears!

You get the healing time for your body!

We must understand the vital role of massage in maintaining physical and emotional wellness.

Here, I discovered about the importance of tantra massage for females seeking self healing in my meeting with the lovely Karolina, the founder of Pragna - a massage and therapy business based in Stockholm, Sweden.

How often do you recommend for women get tantra massage?

Karolina -  " I would say there is no general recommended frequency of receiving tantra massage for anyone. It all depends on the intention which the woman comes with and as well on her current state of being and her individual needs. If a tantra massage supposed to be a lovely nourishing time for her, it can be enough 1x a week or 1x a month, depending how much care the woman needs to receive to feel fulfilled. If it triggers an intense healing process, it might be good to take 3 sessions within 1 week or two, to keep the body open and support the finishing process."

What are the benefits of tantric massage for women?

Karolina -   "It helps people to connect with their body. For women, it means finding their femininity, tenderness and love within. It supports their self love and helps them to find their needs. Tantra massage can also enhance one´s sensitivity and capacity for pleasure. It makes women feel loved, nourished and safe - just as their soul desires deep down in every woman. If there is a sexual trauma from past, tantra massage is a great way to rewrite the experience as this type of massage is lead by slow and present touch and customized to any individuality."

What should women do to love themselves?

Karolina -  "Women shall put themselves on the first place. Often, from "love", women give so much to their children, partner, surroundings and they forget on themselves. They shall take care of their soul and body on a regular basis. Meaning - nourishing time as a meditation, walk in nature alone, massage, spa, beauty salons, dancing, laughing, feeling emotions, walking naked at home and wearing beautiful dresses when going out."

Thank you to the lovely Karolina for her contribution to this short interview. Make sure to book your massage session at Pragna - Massage & Therapy - in Stockholm, Sweden!
